Finding effective supplements for very sensitive people can be challenging. We have experienced this with our own children. We have made every attempt to provide the best tolerated supplements for sensitive individuals. To return any product for any reason, a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number is required. Just call or email us to get a number, then include it on the inside and outside of your box when you return the product. We will not give credits for returns received without an RMA number. Sale items can not be returned.
We will accept sealed, unopened products in saleable condition for refund of the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee (you pay both delivery and return shipping) within 30 days of when you receive the products. Unopened products cannot be returned after more than 30 days. Unopened products must have an RMA number to receive a refund.
After products have been opened, we will refund 50% of the purchase price (less both delivery and return shipping) if returned within 30 days of when you receive the products, for any reason. Opened products must have an RMA number to receive a refund.
Refunds are applied to the credit card the order was charged to, within 3 weeks of receiving your return. If the order was paid by check, a refund check will be issued. Sale items are non-refundable.
